Strawberry Vanilla Cake VS. Banana Chocolate Cake?

I wanna bake a cake for my Mom for her birthday. I looked around and these were 2 that I found that sound very good. Is there anything in specific I should add to make it sweeter and tastier?

I would stick with the vanilla and a splash of brandy should wake things up.

no just stick with the recipe but the strawberry vanilla sounds better

ooooh, banana chocolate I say.....B+c best combo EVER! (esp in cakes + crepes) no addatives needed tho...v sweet esp baked with love! <3 xxx
