I can give you one now, and I'll also give you a site, you can check out. Honey-Chicken... My kids just love this recipe. And I've been making it for many years. Its so easy too. Just get your cake pan, or baking pan out. We like the thighs, so I skin them, and put fresh garlic, all over it; for the antioxidant! Put a tad of water, under the chicken, in the bottom of the pan, just about a little less than a third of a cup, just enough to make the chicken, where it doesn't stick. And it'll make the chicken more moist, than, put honey all over both sides of each peice of chicken. Fix some mashed potatoes, or baked, w/ this dish, and some good steamed squashes. Yummo!!! Okay the foodnetwork.com , can probably help you with some other honey recipes. I also put it in my tea, in the winter-times, instead of sugar. Good-Luck, and Happy Eating, to you & yours!! Smile!

There are a number of herb-related sites that offer conversions. And I seem to remember seeing a recipe site that does the same, but I don't remember the URL off the top of my head.

Good luck!

Here's a site I don't know if the recipes are any good though. Eat at your own risk.
