The game is called "Best Hand, Best Spade". You have to have the highest hand plus the highest spade to win. It is five card draw, nothing wild.

Player 1 gets two aces (diamond and heart) with a king of spades as the third card. Player 2 gets two aces (club and spade).

Which hand wins?

Neither would win if both had the same pair then the next highest card wins but in this game you have to have both high spade and best hand. player 1 had the best hand but not the highest spade, player 2 had the highest spade but not the best hand. It's a draw at best. Deal again!!!

A aces w/ ace of spades

As you didn't say what other cards the second player got, you have both players with a pair of aces, player 2 has an ace of spades, so they win
