I need to judge for my own and those i have responsibility for, though being judgemental is where the trouble is for me

Judgeable, judgelike, and judgeless are adjectives of judge. Judgmental is more moral and/or personal judgment

Anytime you call something like It is that is judging,and Jesus said ...when you judge ,judge righteous judgment.He also said not to judge and condemn.We don't have the right to condemn someone,God wants us to have mercy,and mercy is for people that are wrong,but it God that is the judge.

We can judge what is sin, and tell people what those sins are.
If they are a Christian, we can not judge if that person is going to Hell (because we do not know their heart, that is between them and God), if they are not a Christian then we must warn them of their need for a savior.

1Corinthians 5:12 Is it my business to judge those outside the church? Aren’t you supposed to judge those inside the church?

Judging, in and of itself, IS NOT WRONG. It BECOMES WRONG WHEN it is done with IMPROPER motives or standards...

"Judging" is the verb. "Judgmental" is the adjective.
