The line is the judge says ..."because you say she's crazy..."
The joke is in the words - crazy and goofy can mean the same thing, however when Goofy becomes a name it means something different.
Like the words crazy and nuts.
Charlie Brown was invited to a pool party and he bought a see-thru bathing suit. When he showed up, Lucy said, "Charlie Brown, I knew you were crazy but now I can clearly see your nuts."
In telling the joke the words you're and your sound the same.
