Start calling the cops on them. Report them to their land lord. Reasonable people would have consideration for others. These people are being loud every night and have guests that damage your property. They have shown a complete lack of respect for you and the rest of your neighborhood. It is not your old man's place to out muscle them. That will just get him in jail. Let the police do what they are paid to do.

Log every thing that happens. Video, personal notes. So when you talk to the people that own the house you have something to back up what you say. All that evidence leaves them speechless. Don't let you father get into a fight with them. But until they start to get better. You might want to think about mowing the lawn early after they party. Just little stuff to let them know that people all keep different hours and we all need to respect each other.

I had neighbors like that once. They were renters and I owned my house. I would very nicely tell them the parties are too loud and disturbing and ask them if they can limit these parties to a decent hour. If it does not work, call the cops.

Get the cops in on your problem. If the ole man becomes aggressive and several get involved, you'll have the police already on your side. You alone are unable to control these people, call the police, your tax $$$ at work. They will know how to handle this..Be careful and good luck.

Do you have a community association (aka condo commandoes?). If they are renters, they may be violating community regulations, re the # of visitors, cars parked, etc.... Reporting them to the association may be less confrontational than calling the police, and may help return your quality of life. Although hitting your car should be reported to the police- it may be needed for insurance purposes, and if the other driver was drunk, he should have his license revoked!

Keep a daily diary it really is the only way to get anything done,u'll probably have to do it for 6 months log date, time, incident etc and include anything evidence u can video footage, photos of gangs near ur property, ask neighbours for statements!this happened to a friend of mine and this is what the council advised her to do if there was anyway of the police or them doing anything..........Good Luck

First ask them nicely to stop, second time ask them authoritatively, third time call the cops. I'm just giving three strikes because I'm a baseball fan.
