how does one copy photos on to disk ?????

Choose the photos you want to write to disk (assuming you have a CD or DVD writer and a blank CD or DVD). Right click on the photos and choose 'Send To' and choose the drive you want to write it with. Then go to 'My Computer' and click on the drive's icon. On the left, choose 'write these files..'.

Right-click and on the panel, select send or copy and then choose the destination...
