Okay ive been talking to this girl for 3 months and then like she told me that she was confused about the her feelings and that she might still have feelings for him and like now she is like not talking to me because theyre was a misunderstanding aobut this one thing and she thought i was talking about her but i wasnt but she doesnt believe me what can i do to make her believe me that i wasnt talking about her

Tell her who you was talking about. If she don't understand forget about her, the relationship is only 3 months long and she still has feelings for another guy anyway.

Just write her a note, explain yourself fully, make sure its clear (unlike this question, lol). Tell her your side of what happened, and apologize for any misunderstanding.

Either move on, or show her how much you care about her.You could send flowers or a card or just take her to lunch and tell your true feelings.
