It all depends on how clean the quality of your multi is.

When I was still taking things like GNC's 'megaman'...I didn't notice any kind of real difference until I took it back to back for a month or so.

Since I've been taking Double X, I noticed the effects not only much more quickly (2 days -vs- a month) but the health benefits it's given me has quite simply outperformed everything else I've ever taken across the board.

This is the thing most folks simply aren't educated about when it comes to a supplementational regimen, look for purity. The stuff they sell at knockoff vitamin stores are most times largely synthetic, non-organic, and have coatings that the body generally won't break down enough in digestion to allow true absorption of whatever nutrients the supplement carries.

I haven't been sick in 2 years, and I've got the same amount of energy again as I did when I was still actively competing at 16.

It Very Much Depends If You Were Lacking In Any Of Them To Begin With? Vitamin Supplements Are Not A Definitive Answer, As The Term Implies They Are A Supplement To A Healthy Diet And A Good Fitness Regiment. My doctor told me that if you eat a balanced diet you don't need a multi-vitamin and you shouldn't substitute a vitamin for not eating healthy. There is no scientific proof that vitamins do anything for you but it doesn't hurt to take a good multi-vitamin daily. I do.

do you know that our body has some thing call body cycle which is 120 days.this is when new cells in our body is created.more over one should detoxed their body to remove all the toxic in your colon so that what ever you eat it will be absorbed by our body if not you are just wasting your money.

You won't see any difference unless you were severly deficient to begin with. Very unlikely.
