if you belive in god it is said that he sent down jesus to be killed, this should be a sin. but god is perfect. Then on the other hand jesus could of saved himself but didnt, so that is suicied which is a sin. but he is also perfect. Or how about when god flooded the earth and killed everyone. witch is a sin. so apparently god is not perfect and does make sin. but that ruins everyones religion so no one thinks of it this way. why???

Well if u take Jesus as prophet then there will be no confusion...if he was God why havn't he saved himself, If he was son of God,why didn't God save him,and thre is no point in getting killed for other's sins.simply Jesus(pbuh) was a prophet , and we muslims are at peace by believing this

okay first you have to know and understand the bible to see why Jesus dying on the cross is not murder or suicied. In the bible the only way to get totally forgive for your sins was to have a priest sacrafice a live animal. The blood of the animal covered your sins washing them away but you had to do this every year to stay cleansed of your sins. So God sent his son Jesus to earth to be the last and biggest sacrifice. With the death of Jesus we where all washed clean by his blood and now all we have to do to be forgive of our sin is to ask for forgiveness. For Jesus's sacrifce of himself was so great that his blood washes away our sins even to this day so we dont have to sacrifice animals. And as far as God flooding the earth and starting over with noah and his family who else has a right to wipe his creation clean and start over then the creator himself?

I think that you are confused by the meaning of these passages. The Lord flooded the earth because mankind's wickedness, and after he said that he would never do that again. God sent Jesus down to earth as a sacrifice, and to teach people about the goodness of God, Jesus was sent down knowing that he would be killed but he loved man so much that he die for them.

Sin put Jesus on that cross, and yes God too. But sin is why God made that decision. In the Old Testement they sacrificed animals for the sins of man but they wasn't perfect, so it took a perfect lamb of God to died for the sins once and for all. The rest of the stuff you stated you can think that way if you like but God is a just God and he knows what he is doing. Jesus died cause he loved us when many rejected him.

I would like to correct you. That would not ruin everyone's religions... Just Christianity.

Muslims believe Jesus (or Isa) was a prophet, not God. He's just like Prophet Muhammad, only he came earlier. We believe that he's not dead yet. At the cross, he was taken up, and his body was substituted with someone else's, so the person who was crucified was *not* Jesus. One day, near the Day of Judgement, he will return to kill the anti-Christ, Dajjal, who is going to wreak havoc on the earth. So what you said does not affect Islam at all...

But then again, if you think logically (and if you believe in the Trinity), God *did* let Jesus die, but God's not dead (God's still alive now, isn't He?). So it's not really suicide, is it? ^_^ God killed Himself, but He's not dead... *Not* suicide... Nuh-uh...

And even if you don't believe in the Trinity, there's still a simple explanation: God created you. If He took your life away, would it be a sin? I think everyone can agree that it's not. Similarly, God created Jesus. He took his life away. He didn't sin. End of story ^_^

Also, please bear in mind: God can kill anyone He likes. He's our Creator. He has the right to obliterate mankind or turn us into billions of blistering blue barnacles in a thundering typhoon. A mere flood that "killed everyone" does not make Him cruel. And everyone has to die anyway, what's the difference if it's in a flood or a fire, or cancer? You tell me.

God does not *play* by our rules, kid. Face it. If you kill someone, *you're* a sinner. If God kills someone, that's His natural right as God. Gawd! Why are you even asking this question? -_- Think *logically* and you would've figured it out yourself...

God created mankind in perfection. Adam and Eve's sin in the garden made them less than perfect and the wages of sin is death. God created a covenant with mankind which mankind repeatedly broke so God decided to wipe it out and start over again via the Flood.

Jesus was the way to the new covenant with God by him paying our price for our sins. He was God's way of giving us grace. Jesus was showing obedience to His Father by paying our price once and for all so we wouldn't have to. We just have to reach out our hands and take it.

Mat 26:39And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou [wilt].

Jhn 19:28-30¶After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put [it] upon hyssop, and put [it] to his mouth. When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost

Sins are defined by God for humans. Upon the laws he has given us he cannot be judged by us - that would be hypocritical of us to judge him. God is considered the ultimate judge. Therefor he has the right as our creator to deem for us what is right and wrong. The only reason anyone died in the flood was because He had judged them unworthy.
Jesus' death is considered the ultimate sacrifice. It wasn't God who "killed" him, as much as Jesus was sent here to die for our sins, it was the humans in his day that didn't turn back from doing evil works that said Jesus deserved to die. The Bible also says "No one has greater love than this: that they sacrifice their life for their friends."
What Jesus did is not considered suicide - he didn't take his own life, the people of his day and time took his life. What he did is considered a sacrifice. If someone held a gun to your head and said "Either I kill you, or your whole family, your choice." What would you do? Wouldn't you sacrifice yourself for the greater good? Just because you could have prevented your death, doesn't mean that it's your fault you died. That's not suicide. You aren't at fault because it wasn't you who put yourself into that position - you didn't pull the trigger and you aren't the one who forced a choice upon yourself. If Jesus didn't die for us, we would hold no hope for the future.

So you're saying God is a sinner? Wrong. He's holy. Jesus didn't commit suicide, He was killed. He could have called all the angels in Heaven to get him off that cross, but He didn't. When He was hanging on the cross, YOU were on His mind.

God sends everyone with a task. Jesus came here with a task. He fulfilled His task and left this world in a way which changed the thinking of many in this world. He has created everything. When we try to destroy His creations like trees, flora and fauna, He warns us with fury of flood.
LOVE HIM, LOVE THIS WORLD.

Maybe I've got it wrong. But I always learned that God GAVE us Jesus, we killed him. God does not equal Jesus. Many people are killed for their beliefs, that's not suicide.
