I sent two frozen lobster tails and a thawed steak wrapped in newspaper and packed in a styrofoam cooler with 10 pounds of dry ice. FedEx overnight was $79, so I shipped it via their two day delivery for $34.

Will it arrive from Los Angeles, CA to Fort Collins, CO fresh and edible?

With the dry ice, and the current temperatures, you should have no problem with it getting there fresh and edible.

As long as you've added enough Dry ice all around (top and bottom), yes it will be fine.

Was someone desperate for meat? It's a long way to send something.

I'm pretty sure the dry ice will keep it cold enough.......The only thing I would worry about is the steak...but I still think it will be fine.....Good Luck !!!!
