rf = rheumatoid factor
tft = thyroid function test
u + e = urea and electrolytes
fbc = full blood count

RF - Rheumatoid factor
TFT - Thyroid function tests
U & E -Urea and electrolytes

UE is electrolytes and TFT is thyroid function, FBC is blood count but I'm not sure about the other two.

I think ESR is the sedimentation rate but here is the link and then you can plug in your other tests in the search line

U&E - urea and ethyrites
