Go online and look up Wisconsin Cheese, I have visited the stores in that state and they ship, also sausage.
Here is one you may not know about:
Look up Maytag cheese in Newton, Iowa
They are geared up now and sending out cheese for the holidays.

Depending upon what kinds of cheese you are looking for, you can get catalogs that deliver cheese and meat and candy from Wisconsin Cheese factory and there is another one that escapes my memory. We get them every year around Christmas time.

Good luck to you and happy cooking!

Swiss Colony, and Hickory farms are other comapanies, but they do not have Italian.
I typed Italian cheeses into my browser, and got lots of choices.
