Social Medicine (free medical care) works in most European countries. Some under-developed countries try to provide free medical care to the people, but few citizens pay taxes and with little money, there is no way you can provide free medical care. I think that there is some sort of social medicine in the United States. But the best you can do is to get yourself some kind of insurance (not too expensive ones) so you can provide basic health care to your family.

Umm...delete this question, reword and try again. And a hospital free? Well, it's possibly...if funded by one or more very wealthy people. The money's gotta come from somewhere ya know because running a hospital is NOT cheap!

I believe that there is a Insurance called Cobra for people that can't afford regular insurance. It is cheaper and it gives you coverage for you and your spouse and children. Another thing is if you have a problem and need medical attention, hospitals can not refuse you service. There is always a way to work with the hospital to get treatment that is good for both of you.

This is not possible. Medical equipment costs money, the labor of medical professionals takes money, and finally, meds take money. Short of some massive philanthropic grant, there cannot be free medical care.
