Absolutly! I am expierencing the same situation now. It's like the ole' saying can't live with them and you can't live without them. It is a mix of loving things they do VS. hating the things they do. Now it is a problem when you hate more than love. (So think about it) do share more happy memories then unhappy or do you cry more than you laugh. It is for you to decide, but yes there is such a thing.

Yes. In a romantic relationship...absolutely, I once had a boyfriend that I loved but also "hated" at the same time. I resented him for not giving up smoking pot for me. I felt that I had to make an appointment with marijuana to see him. Marijuana first me second.

Non-romantic relationship....yes...usually these feelings stem from an abusive situation. If your father for example is abusive, either verbally, emotionally or any other way you will love him but you hate him for treating you the way he does.

Yes.

Hating someone is an indication that that "someone" is valuable to you and they greatly affect you to the point that they are capable of letting you hate them.

If you don't care about this person in the first place, or if he doesn't have any significance to you, you would be indifferent towards them.

The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. Because unlike hate, indifference shows that you really DON'T care.

Not really. You either love them or you do not. Love is a very powerful emotion that many of us are not equipped to deal with when things do not go our way. This is evident with those who try to control their so called loved ones...even to the point of harming them.

yes. one way love is just like that. you love that person because he inspires you but at the same time you hate him for not noticing your feelings, esp. when he treats you sooo nicely but then he always draws a line between the both of you as just mere friends...geeez.
