Weight loss CANNOT BE TARGETED.

However, muscle gain can. Know that your body will "eat" fatty deposits as you take away callories. 3500 calories equals a pound. If you can cut 500 cals a day from your diet, you will lose 1 pound a week.

Add in 500 cals of exercise a day, and you can lose another 1 pound a week. Two pounds a week is a healthy target.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

The only way to lose wait effectiviely is with Diet (not fad diets, just good healthy eating) and excercise (cardio and toning)
The weight around your middle is the most stubborn to go so persist and do loads of crunches, swimming and cycling

first you must check what you are eating, are you eating too much junk food, fried food, also too much alcohol. All these are high in fat.
You also need to do 2-3 times per week working out in the gym, consisting of CV workout and toning workouts.
You need to increase your metabolic rate, to help you burn the fat.
Also what is your age.
hope this helps.

Download your favourite tracks to work out to. If you’ve committed to a half hour session each day then a 30-minute soundtrack of the very most upbeat, motivating tunes will maintain you pumped up!
