Freeze cucumber slices and place it over your eyes.
Drink a lot of water.
Since you are getting 9hours sleep, dark circles may be due to the lack of any vitamins.

Dark circles are either genetic or health related. If you're sleeping enough, drinking 2 litres of water and eating healthily then your health probably isn;t the cause and you need to take a look at your parents. If they have them, then sorry hun - you're stuck with them. So, either cover up or fade them.
Benefit is a great brand for cosmetics generally, and I use their Lemon Aid to cover the dark circles under my eyes. Its £18, which sounds a lot but it lasts for AGES and it really does do a fantastic job. Even better than YSL's Touche Eclat, which is what I used to use before I discovered my Benefit counter at Boots!
If you want to fade them, Avon do a special creme that is supposed to help and Benefit also do an eye gel called Eye-con which it claims does fade the circles over time. I've not used it so I can't say if it works or not. Try nipping into your local Boots or department store and see if you can't bag a free sample from the counter?!
Good luck!

Under your eyes the skin is very delicate. Only use eye creams on this area and not your regular moisturiser and use your ring finger to apply so that you are not leaning too hard on the skin.
Make sure you drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day and make sure you have enough iron in your diet as dark circles can indicate an iron deficiency or even anemia so maybe get checked for that.
YSL Touche Eclat is good for coverage in this area

Use cucumber slices over your eyes, the easiest and quickest way to get rid of dark circles, another method is by using potato over the effected area. Slice some potato chips(fresh, raw) and put it on your eyes relax for a while, or you can grate some potato and sprinkle it one your eyes(closed) this will surely lighten the skin around your eyes.
or there are many products readily available in the market choose one branded product(especially vitamin E enriched), and buy sun glasses and wear them whenever you go out (you worth it).
More over see if you have low hemoglobin level because that is one of the symptom , resulting in dark circles. so try to include lot of calcium and iron rich diet. And drink a glass of warm milk before going to bet. stress is one of the cause for dark circles, try to be stress free. All the best

Your not having enough protein, its not your fault some people need more than others. And food these days just dont provide enough that our bodies require.
Buy a tub of protein shake, from the health store. Although body builder use it to keep their body strong when their wearing them selfs down, its also good for every day people. Have one or two mixed\blend with water or fruit juice a day.
You will see a big difference in a couple of weeks I promise. You may also want to have earlier nights to help, say about 10:30pm.
Hope this helps...

If you are getting enough sleep, than you probably lack some kind of vitamin. I usually put cucumbers on my eyes to get rid of puffiness (like after crying); but I don't have it all the time.
You should go to a doctor to make sure that your system is healthy and I am sure they can give you something to help with the puffiness.

Hi.. I know this may seem a little off the wall. But you might be lacking iron in your diet. If you also bruise easily thats what it is.
I know this because I lacked iron when I was pregnant as do a lot of women. This is what the doctor told me at the time. Take more iron it may help out. No cream will help you out with this.
Here are other possible reasons on this website,,,could be alergies, genetics, dehydration..etc
Hope that helps :)

Hi,
the best advice I had for mine was too drink plenty of water and try to gently massage the area with an under eye cream. The massage helps to remove the build-up of toxins in that area. Some moisturisers can be too heavy for that delicate area, so make sure you use one specifically for under the eye. Boots do some really cheap, own brand ones. Good luck!!

Dark circles like yours are usually due to poor circulation under the eyes. Use Vitamin K-infused creams. Hylexin also helps (I've tried it) although it doesn't completely elimate dark circles. For a quick fix, use a good concealer that gives full coverage without being cakey.

Have you had them for most of your teenage years? If you answered yes, then you are most likely a victim of heredity. As am I. Europeans also fall victim to this. And there is absolutely nothing you can do if it is heredity except maybe lessen their appearance by using some expensive creams that are available and do work within 4-8 weeks. Make-up works as well, to lessen their appearance. Sometimes it can be caused by diet. Milk or milk products can cause this. The best thing is to see your doctor. And start eliminating sources of causes.

try drinking more water and maybe ( i am not sure) you are having too much sleep? you only need 8 hours! i am only 22 and worry about the same thing! so i am in the process of choosing an eye cream. lots of beauticians will say at your age (19) you dont need it, so i would try to avoid it and go down the more natural route as you start defending to early and then you wont have any defence for when you really need it as you will be immune to it almost!x
