Give it some time and take it easy. Just hang out and see how it goes. If you feel like you're rushing, you can always slow it down a bit. But just have fun and enjoy the time you've got to yourself.

Only you can say when you are ready for a relationship, but going out with him might help you get out of the past and learn to love your life again and a little fun never hurt but you need to tell him that you have just come out of a relationship and be honest with him. Just take things slowly with him and tell him why. He should understand and if he is really into you he will wait.
If you decide your not ready and he can't wait then sod him.

Trust me if you go into a relationship to fast after you just had a bad break up it's not a good thing to do. You have to give time for your heart to completely heal before you get into another because all it will do is have a hard time on him and mostly on you, and if he doesn't understand that maybe he isn't the one for you. If you need it take more time, don't let no man stress you into doing something you isn't ready for yet.

give it more time, you have only just come out of a long relationship and your head is all over the palce, and you are juts getting used to being single again. Tell him you like him as a friend and that is all at the moment. See him as a friend and in time you will either realise you do want to be with him or you just want to stay friends. Good luck.

this is your disicion. if he really likes you he should be able to wait.. i think i would give it time. 2 years thats a while you cant end it and forget about in a few days.. its just not possible....give it time tell this guy that your just not ready.. if anything just hangout with him . do somthing that will make you both happy and not so much on the thoughts of relationship ,... at least not until your ready.

Be his friend for a while, when you feel ready start your relationship off. You should tell him you probably want to have a future relationship, saying you don't know won't make him happy or feel secure.

You should give him a chance. What do you got to lose? Just tell him you want to take it slow and make that clear to him. Start out just as friends and SLOWLY progress into a relationship.

There is only one way to find out, and that's to go for it. You can't sit around nurturing a broken heart for to long, because you may miss someone that could be the one. I highly doubt you want to be single for the rest of your life. So get back out there and look for some happiness.

Just go for it, you don't have to see him every day and it will take your mind off your previous relationship. I met my wife a week after she walked out on her ex. We've been together 10yrs now. If she had waited we probably wouldn't be together now. Who knows if he is the one unless you give it a go, what have you got to loose.

I think you should go out with him on a "no binding no commitment"
condition, after all, you like each other so there will be respect and
a good relationship may result. This is better than feeling sorry for
yourself.
