I live in London with my kids, their dad lives in Israel, I want to send them to spend the christmas holidays over there but don't want to travel myself. the kids are 8yrs and 4yrs. Which is the best airline for unaccompanied kids and is there any extra charge for this?

NO NO NO!! that kind of travel is stressful on an adult, why would you subject a child to it alone?

There are airlines that takes care of unaccompanied minor of course with a fee. A flight attendant will accompany them upon check in, on-board assistance and endorsement to the fetcher. They will be tagged as unaccompanied minor. Please call an airline because you need to fill up forms and pay the corresponding service fee. In the Philippines, i arranged a case like that.

Seriously? I wouldn't send my 8 year old on a plane alone within my state, let alone out of the country. You just need to suck it up and go with them.

you don't want to travel....but you'll let an 8 and 4 year old travel alone???? let the kids stay with their dad.
