That's nice - I've never had Maltese food - never been there, but love Greek Patstitsio - I think it's called.

Sorry Marilou I really don't like cheesecake at all, my hubby does and I am sure he would like to try the Maltese version, maybe you could put the recipe up on Yahoo at sometime.
