You have never had a sandwhich? Or just not when you were young?
When I was a kid I was very fussy about what I ate I didnt eat any vegatabels (my parents tried everything belive me! I ate lots of fruits to make up for it) So my sanwhiches were very plain. I could have a ham sandwhich on white bread everyday! Sometimes I would have scrambled egg or bannana if i was lucky.
Now I actually enjoy vegatables I usally go to sub way and get a foot long Itaillian BMT (biggest, meatiest, tastiest).
Thats tasty genoa ham, pepperoni, italian salami, chese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives & pickles. On a freshly made wheat bagutte/bread. With honey and mustard sauce and a dash of pepper.
At home I like to make chicken & BLT sandwhiches or toasted ham and chese.

omg when we would make saucy spaggetti we would have butter that was whipped on white bread and we would put or spaggetti in the bread and have spaggetti sandwiches
but the sandwich that made my day was at dinner times in the morning before school set a pork shoulder in a crock put smoothered in barbecue sauce and cooking all day the aroma would fill the rooms so delicious and we would shredd it 5 mins or 10 before eatting how it just fell apart and sucked up all the rich BBQ sauce juices and then put it on a big bun like kasier rolls or hamburger giant buns how it tasted so good and how it just gleam with sauce on the meat it was so delicious it makes u think of sloppy joes but how much better it is towards that

My favourites were potted meat and tomato or cream cheese and tomato, we only had sandwiches on Saturday night in front of a big roaring fire with Dr Who on the telly eating sandwiches and moms home made cake or buns for after, a weekly treat worth waiting for.

Heinz sandwich spread, which doesn't taste the same now. Or Heinz salad cream on a thick, fresh, doughy white crust with a lashing of butter underneath - sink your teeth in, yum yum.

Toasted sandwich with cheese and beans - it always made a mess with the sandwich toaster machine.
Funnily enough I don't really like beans anymore.

My dad would make me 'banana special' sandwiches when I was small - spread strawberry jam on one slice of bread, sprinkle drinking chocolate on the other slice, and put sliced banana in the middle. Yummy!
