It would depend on several variables:

How thick are the slices of bread?
How many bits of bacon did you put in each one?
How big is the larder?
Would you allow for the sanwiches to be squashed or do you want them full-width?
Have you cut them in pieces? This would help to fill in any odd-shaped gaps in between whole sandwiches.

Whichever way, I think you are going to need a bacon butty van outside in order to keep up with the amount you need to complete this task. Make sure also you have informed the Guinness Book of Records. You don't want to waste all those sandwiches and not even get your name in print.
