l dumped my boyfriend a month ago though l still loved him but l had no other choice cause l got into trouble with my mum and l was grounded for a month but l still had feelings for him, then last week l went to his place to tell him l was sorry and l still loved him and l wanted us to be back together but to my suprise he told me he was seeing someone else and l found myself cyring infront of him. Then later on l saw my mate and l told her what happened and she told that he lied cause he had no girlfriend and she said she will try to speak to him.
What should l do to get him back and l still like him?

Think for a minute...do you really want to be with a guy who would lie to you about being with someone else? If so why? You are setting yourself up for more hurt! The guy obviously is not interested in getting back together. You can't make someone want to be with you if they don't want to be. Move on and meet new people. This guy will only cause you more trouble.

There are 2 possibilities:
1. He really does have someone else and your mate just doesn't know. He obviously cares for her and wants to stay with her. It would be wrong and unladylike to try to break them up. Wish him the best and try to move on.
2. He really does NOT have anyone else but he told you that because he wasn't interested in you and thought that was the only way to get rid of you. If he had told you he wasn't interested in you any more, you would have asked why and then told him you can change, that the two of you could work this thing out....He didn't want to deal with all of that because he wants out of the relationship. Wish him the best and try to move on.

In either case, the result is the same. It is over. I would keep in touch with him and be his friend. If something blossoms later on, so be it. But for right now, he is not into it.

he may of said he had a girlfriend to let you down gently, which may mean he still cares. don't push it and dont think your friend will help the problem if she speaks to him, you'll come over as too needy he wont like that. if it wasnt meant to be you could waste a lot of time waiting for him. go out with your friends enjoy yourself. you dont have to have a boy to have fun.

Sounds like he is happy to be set free. He would rather be by himself then with you. i would move on you have already shamed your self enough. If you see him and your frined together in the coming months do not be surprised.

I believe that you are just using your mother as an excuse. First, you should be honest with yourself and your friend about things....then you can see where it goes.
