dirty clothes being piled directly in front of the washing machine, so that I have to move them before I can actually get to the machine! I know it sounds stupid, but it drives me insane!*

In the office, when people leave their cell phone ringers on during working hours. It drives me freakin nuts.... And then when they answer them and talk loud.
