We just rearranged our living room furniture and our tables left those ugly carpet indents on the other side of the room. How can I get rid of those?

Those annoying indentations that are left in the carpet
after you've moved the furniture can be removed quickly
and easily.
Place an ice cube in each indentation and let it
melt a bit.
When the indentation is moist, remove the ice
cube and "plump" up the carpet with a widetooth comb.

Another way to remove them is to place a small towel over the
indent and iron the area with a hot iron.
Be sure to keep the
iron moving so that the area does not get too hot.

Use a spoon, scrap it against the carpet to fluff it back up, if the tables left DEEP indents, mist the area with a little warm water first.
Hope this helped, Good luck!

You can use an ice cube in the indent, when it melts vac over it and the fibers usually lift back up, then work gently with fingers to finish. That will help the fibers return to normal sooner hope this helps

Use a mixture of steam (a heat iron over a damp tea towel whose shade won't run) and a stiff hairbrush. you're meant to alternately steam it, then tough up the pile with the comb till at last its long previous.

try the steam coming from your flat iron...or apply hot water-soaked rag to the affected area.
