Any color, as long as it looks natural on the girl. It doesn't matter the color, as long as it looks right on her. One or two shades apart from her natural hair color is more than enough when she is dyeing it, and she should stay with the same undertones (ash, golden, etc...) I think that when it's obvious that a woman is dyeing her hair, she looks fake and like she's trying too hard, not hot or sexy.
And medium to long hair, but not super long, I think is more feminine. About shoulder length to the bottom of her shoulder blades. It's better when it's her own hair, but extensions are OK if they look natural.
Anytime something looks fake on a woman, it takes away from her attractiveness. Fake hair, fake tan, fake boobs, etc... all just make her look like a phony. Natural is always better, but that's just my opinion.

Everyone has their own opinion of what's hot. From my own observation, I've noticed that most guys like girls with naturally long hair (no extensions). But then again, some guys do prefer short no-fuss hair on girls.

its warm through fact the devils-ss right here in south Georgia of the u . s . a .. its been getting around ninety 8+ previous few weeks for the duration of day time at evening everywhere from sixty 8 as much as the 80's. precise now its upper70's

What does hair have to do with hotness? You could shave Jessica Alba bald she's still going to be hotter than Rosie O'Donnel with bleached blonde hair.

I would say medium long hair & blonde & black hair (note:extensions itch oh and when you sit and do the extensions they HURT! :( )

This is a personal preference question...everyone has diff taste...also a hot person is hot...not just coz of their hair...the hair needs to match the face...and face need to match the body...

it depends on your style. the color of your hair has nothing to do with it. also, your hair should match your personality.
