Its usually a good rule to keep the noise to a minimum.
Turn off any music and TV's as they can be distracting.
Get some snacks and drinks because studying is hard work.
Try to get a partner to study with as sometimes they have some good skills to share.
If needed, try to have a tutor along for the ride cuz they will certainly help you out.
Use the library if available as it is always a good atmosphere to study in.
Be Smart and study hard so you can make a great adult someday!
............think about it............

well you should first of all set your study timings so that other matters do not interfere during your study hours. you should try giving up a few comforts such as cutting down a few hours of computer, tv etc. then you should follow your timetable and not sit the last minute to complete your assignments. you sholud completely devote yourself to the teacher when she's teaching in the classroom, you can chat with your friends in the cafeteria and not the classroom. every subject has a study pattern
history is the most boring but you can do the best in it if you learn point wse not mugging up the entire answer. understand what the lesson is conveying and while writing the exam combine your language and the textual language to get the best answers.
maths pay attention to what the teacher explains and practice just 2 or 3 or you can solve 5 to 6 sums everyday
science whenever a teacher teaches you earn the definitions of the terms learn pointwise practice diagrams
if you really wanna do your best in your exams keep his in mind. i do not ask you to stop hanging out with friends, not using the comp or watching tv but just to limit their use, while studying keep your goal in before you. you can study for 1 hour after finishing your assingnments or increase them during exams.
try to see you study during peaceful hours when there's no commotion in the neighbourhood such as early morning or whatever time children are not playing, there's lesser traffic.

You must have firm will to concentrate on studies. To be in such situation, you have to create peaceful atmosphere. Morning and late night is better for concentration of studies. If you want to learn scientific methods for concentration of studies, buy a book written by a good author on this subject and refresh your mind.

We can increase concentration by meditation. While studying just convince your mind that you r not going to think any thing else .
