I just bought one Inniskillin Icewine, my friend accidentally dropped it on the floor, the glass didn't crack. We saw bubbles on the inside, does that affect the wine? Will the taste be affected? I have not opened the wine yet. How should I store it to keep it in perfect condition?

The wine will be fine.
Ice wine is a very sweet dessert wine, so there are lots of sugars in it making it a little denser than water or regular wine. As a result, when something happens to create bubbles like dropping it or what have you, the bubbles don't go away as quickly as they would if you shook up plain water.

If you store it in a cool, dark place (in general, not just this situation) and then serve it chilled, it will be just fine.

I have purchased Inniskillin Icewine before and I never knew it to be bubbly. I would think the bubbles would just be from having been dropped/jarred. Just make sure that no glass chipped on the inside anywhere. You don't want to be drinking glass shards.

Have you ever had Icewine?

I was sorely disappointed. It tasted like a thick, ultra-sweet, cool "wine-ish" drink. I hope you like it better than my husband and I did.
