that person is ur frnd, ur parents and anyone.. ND one more thing if u start trusting other person start liking his or her habits, his or her
priorities than u wl also come to know who is best life partner.. Trust

Male and Female.
There are many factors to consider in answering your question on an International, world wide Level. Cultures plays a key role in determining who is likely to be the Better Partner.
In countries that allow the Legal Divorce of Married couples, the Divorce rate exceeds fifty percent.
The USA has a divorce rate of Fifty Four percent. The Philippines has a Low divorce rate but, a High Separation rate because the Catholic Church does not allow Divorce.
China has a low divorce rate, but as China moves towards Westernization, there is an increase in Women divorcing men.
The Culture allows for Married men to have a Mistress.
Countries that are strongly influenced by Religion, Catholicism and the Muslim religion have a low or non-existent divorce rate.
I focus on the divorce rate because that is one indicator of who is dissatisfied within the marriage.

On a personal note: Most of my Friends have been married for 10 to 20 years. I believe that Both the Male and the Female are equally devoted to the Marriage.
