The girl (23) is very mature for her age, a college grad, has a good job... has been through alot in life... always lived w/father so is def not seeking a parent wants a family one day and a loving man.
The guy (43) chose the career path after the military in hopes he'd find a wife somewhere along the way... women he'd been with cheated.. he took time to figure himself out and what he wanted and focused on work. now owns a house and has a good stable job and wants a family.
they both agree on many things, life, children, relationships, love, have some of the same friends... The girl is friends with his mother and two brothers, helped move him into his home and set up/organize it. There is a flirtation between them nothing more than friendship... the girl wants to wait till marriage or engagement for sex and the guy knows this... could this become a good relationship/marriage?

Yes, if they love each other it can be a very good marriage. Just be sure to think ahead to the future when she is 40 he will be 60, take some time to think how that will feel before making the leap.

my personal opinion is this : the girl has lived on EARTH for 20 years only (no matter how mature she SAYS she is. She only has 20 years of living experience). He has lived on earth for 34 years! It's not her that's the problem, it's him! What would a 34 years old man possibly have in common with a 20 years old??? Is he IMMATURE? Most guys like that cannot handle a woman their own age.

For me, well, i dont think this is a good relationship in the future...its too much age difference...when she's 43 he'll be 63!!! she'll just get started with her life and he's ready for retirement :) - sex life will be one of the problem, plus when they get kids what will happen...unless the girl doesnt want to have kids then the kids part is ok...
well, its up to the girl actually whatever she thinks likes about it...or if she could put up with all the obstacles she will be encountering in the future!!!

Yes, it could become a good marriage/relationship but based on his age he might have very high expectations of you compared to someone in his own age-group.Older men tend to be quite controlling also, so watch out for any signs of this.

Legally, its fine, 23 is a mature age (now if its a minor, then its not right). Although 43 seems really old, as long as the couple agrees on similar lifestyles, similar religion(?) similar interests then I think its fine. Love is love, cheesy but its not wrong or impossible.

Twenty years older is twenty years older. Anyone who says this doesn't matter is kidding themselves. It will matter a great deal. Why tie yourself down at so young an age. Trust me on this, if he got to be 43 without having a long term relationship, there is a reason that hasn't surfaced yet.

Get out fast.

This could become a good relationship - for a while. Then you will find the difficultites of a 20 year gap.

Yes. the age difference will manifest itself more later on. But the maturity levels are very important.
