If it is in a tomato base spaghetti sauce it will stay good for 4-5 days - because the acid in the tomatoes keep it from spoiling as quickly.
Else it will stay good for 2-3 days.

Well I believe it all depends on how cold your fridge is, I can keep leftovers for about 1 week and they are still just as good as the first night if not better and I feel that sauces keep longer that regular food, as long as you have them in a airtight container.

Depends on what you put in your sauce. A plain marinara can last a good week - week and a half... If you put meats in it I'd say a week. Seafood, a few days.

You can't have your cake and eat it too.
1-3 weeks, as long as its not growing mold, it should be okay to heat up and eat.
