my best friend.. he has a problem with his belly and buttocks.. he is my best friend so of course he told me this.. he often ask me abt how to lose weight and stuffs.. i am not so good at it..
so anyone can suggest a way or two on how to sweat a lot?? or lose weight??

tick to sweat
1. wear a plastic bag around waist to sweat during the day or night.
2. sauna and steam room 1 hour three days a week. 15 sauna 5 break 15 steam 5 break 15 sauna 5 break. while in the suana do crunches
while in steam do relax during break do push ups.
3. wear plastic bag around waist in sauna and steam room

4. wear over top of plastic bag waist trimmer belt and sauna sweat suit.
5. drink plenty of water.

There is no QUICK way. Especially since Thanksgiving is next week and then christmas so the holiday pounds may delay the results. Crunches/sit ups, leg lunges, are the only thing I know that work. Belly dancing is also good. See link below:

run run run run run run run and run a lot and you can be sure that you will sweat in no time... i mean your friend will sweat in no time. or maybe going to the gym will help.or riding your bike. playing a sport. not eating too much junk food and more healthy choices and that sort of stuff.

easy watch what you eat is no#1 you can do lots of physical things but i notice what you eat makes the biggest difference

any sport should be good.. basketball, football, soccer, cycling etc. going to the gym should help too
