Nm3 means nominal meter cube means quantity (volume) equivalent of 1 m3
cm=centimeter
cc= cubic centimeter.
1 Litre= 10x10x10 cm3=1000 cc
1 m3 = 100x100x100 cm3=1000,000 cc
therefore 1m3=1Nm3=1000 Litres

You can't, they are completely different....

A N/m3 is a measure of density, where as litres are a measure of volume.

1N=kg*9.81
1000 liter=1m^3
so just divide Nm^3 by force(N) ,then the result will be in m^3,
then just divide by 1000 your answer will be in litre, but i am not sure which force you have to useto divide........
