Use a hand exfoliator to buff off the dead skin and then a good moisturizer (not vaseline jelly, maybe the vaseline lotion). If that does not work, consult a doctor.

Well I too had fine skin from my palms peeling when there was a change in the weather and I was a teenager. I have no remedy to offer but it was just a matter of days before it was all over. Now its been decades and there has been no peel-off. I am 47yrs now.
Do consult a dermatologist for it though.

It sounds as though you have eczema - you should go to the Dr and see what they can do for you. In the mean time, you should use a moisture-rich cream, such as E45 or Atrixo, they will ease the peeling.

i could use Aquaphor. the feel is like Vaseline, even nonetheless it is not incredibly as greasy. you additionally can in simple terms circulate away it on my own, or see if the peeling dermis could properly be gently rubbed off with a moist washcloth. little one oil and a few little one creams are scented, and those aromatic elements can worsen a little one's delicate dermis.
