Actually Hot Dogs are basically fat free they don't contain much protein tho nutritionally they are useless...

Canned food often contains too much salt or sugars depending on what brand you buy.BUT I would still eat from cans as it is easy to prepare eg>Baked Beans,Spaghetti,Soups etc..as well as cooking fresh food.

Instant noodles whilst by themselves without flavour sachet are reasonably OK but only if baked not fried versions..

The bottom line is processed food in western society leads to all sorts of health issues from Colon and various Cancers, to Heart attacks Strokes the list is far too long to type sadly....
Fresh is Best, with plenty of grains etc Vegeies, Fruit, Water, Nuts less red meat more fish and less dairy foods.....Cheers

Sounds Filipino to me...

I do not know the specific diseases but from conferences, I've learned that the liver and kidneys suffer most from these. True, the digestive system seems to be the obvious victim but it just leaves alone what it cannot handle. Your excretory system must sift everything! Preservatives can harden the insides of these organs and prevent them from doing a good job.

My dad said you'll be preserved from the inside out so when you die, your body will never decompose.

Then again, he also told me when I was 6 that if I left a rubberband on my wrist when I sleep, it'd turn into a vampire at night and suck my blood...
