well, the problem is that by eating too much of those things, you will be getting too little of the other things that you actually need. Like right there, there is absolutely no fiber in that food, so if you are a kid, that's no problem, but if you are 25, you gotta start thinking about another way. Hopefully they've put some vitamins in that stuff so you don't get the scurvy or something. You're not getting any good fats at all. You're eating a lot of salt. Your diet may be a little too acidic. Are you drinking pop? What's a "tocino", and does it contain calcium?

The thing is, you're doing mild damage to a broad range of physiological systems in your body. It's not going to cause one particular disease every time. It depends on your susceptibilities and everything else. But you're not doing body any favors. If nothing else stops you, that's a heart attack I guess. Perhaps that's better than the ticking time bomb that is your prostrate.

Preservatitis?... Aside from cancer, I think you would just get medical conditions from your body not being able to absorb certain vitamins and minerals, or a build up of toxins... If that's the only thing in a persons diet, they definitely would be malnourished.
