Prophet Joseph = (1674-1553 BCE) Hyksos (1630-1521bc) but he was not called Pharaoh. He was called King at that time. The word Pharoah was later adopted by the ruler during the NEW Kingdom (1552-1069) (This is because the ruler of Egypt was called a Pharaoh only from this period onwards)

Prophet Moses = The period during which Moses apparently lived was the third or fourth quarter of the 13th cent. BCE; accordingly, Ramses II or Merneptah was the Pharaoh of the Exodus.[41] (This date is also endorsed by The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia)

I think you mean Joseph. And it depends on which Joseph you are referring to. Around the time of Moses there were at least 4 mentioned Joseph's and the Pharoah was Rah, though many Pharoahs in the Bible aren't named because they were just called "Pharoah" by their people.

I am not sure about the exact number of years that elapsed.
I do however know that Moses (pbuh) was a descendant of Joseph (pbuh).
