Keep a diary of everything you eat and what you've done during the day as there are often trigger factors like chocolate, caffeine, oranges. If you can find certain things cropping up regularly, try excluding them one by one to see if your symptons improve.

I don't think these are migraines. You do not normally get several migraines in one day. These sound more like cluster headaches. You say that your vision is fine, but it might be advisable to get an eye test time to be sure. Some people are sensitive to certain forms of artificial light, and will get headaches if they have to work under such light. You should also be sure that you are drinking enough liquid, since dehydration can certainly give you headaches. Migraine headaches are often preceded by what is called the "aura". Some people get flashing lights or visual disturbances such as a loss of a small part of their vision. This normally lasts from 20 minutes to half an hour before the migraine headache starts, and the headache itself might last for several hours. Some people's headaches are so severe they have to lie down in a dark room until the pain goes and some people experience only mild symptoms of pain. Migraines have a number of suspected causes, and among them are certain types of food such as cheese, chocolate, marmite, oranges, lemons and grapefruit. Perhaps you should keep a food diary and see if these headaches arise after you have eaten a particular type of food. Headaches can also be caused by not eating regularly. If the headaches continue I would recommend a visit to your doctor.

I used to have migraines for years, and then one day they just stopped, and I think it was due to my discovering emotional peace in my life. No doctors couldn't tell me why I had them, or why they went away, but I suspect that they were caused by emotional stress.

There is a product called microcap which my mother originally saw on a medical tv programme, it sounds like complete rubbish but has transformed her life.

Have a look:

You might have to shop around for the best price.

it could be something you're eating or drinking that is triggering it. Are you drinking more coffee etc?... than you did before. Maybe try a change in diet
