Sounds not bad to me, have you big bones or slight build cos that also determines what is considered overweight.
You must know what u look like OK...long as you are healthy n happy then all's good.77kgs sounds just fine...

Your body mass index (see here for a calculator - http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_living/your_weight/bmimetric_index.shtml ) puts you as overweight, though only very slightly.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a fairly crude measure, though. For example, if you eat a healthy diet, are very physically active, and your 77kg is largely made up of lean muscle, I wouldn't think you've much to worry about; if you do no exercise, live on junk food and your 77kg is largely fat, lifestyle changes would be a good idea. At any rate, you may find it useful to have a fitness check at a gym or health centre - they should be able to measure things like body fat percentage, and give you much more meaningful information than anyone can over the web.
If you're not already eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, you could take your slightly high BMI as a good reason to start doing so. This should (assuming there's no health problems preventing you from doing exercise etc.) bring health benefits, and also prove useful if you're wanting to lose fat.

u r little overweight. this is calculated by BMI (body mass index) the formula is - BMI (normal range 18-23) = weight in kg/square of height in meter.
so according to that ur BMI is = 77/1.73x1.73 = 25.72 which is almost ok but check it out right from now.

Hi! My name is nicole! there are different ways of establishing the "correct weight" for your height age etc. there is BMI body mass index, which calculates your total body weight relative to your height age etc and then dares to give a number which can then possibly affect how you feel as a beautiful unique person in this beautiful world!
dear god what a load of S"%t, WHAT IF: u r a climber / dancer / ethiopian cross country runner / fashion model / masai warrior.
i have been a variety of weights in my adult years (31 of them) and have to say i have more energy, feel happier, and can do half marathons fairly easily when i've been eating lots of food to make sure i have the energy, and have about a 1/2 stone more than it says in " the books ".
i've also been bulemic (is that how u spell it?) which is the opposite of S"%t ( :0) )and i have my reasons which i talk to a consellor i pay for myself or to my friends about! :0)
there is also body composition which is a much more accurate way of establishing what is best for u! its a way of measuring the amount of adipose tissue - which is also known as fat, and is what the body uses to create the steroid hormones / sex hormones - oestrogen and testosterone - in order to build muscle, exercise and keep happy - seratonin / dopamine / endorphines. apparantly there is a scientist who is trying to get adipose tissue reclassified as an organ in the body because it is so important.
i have to say the best way of knowing if this weight is normal is to look in the mirror and say "i'm beautiful, i love myself". you deserve it! :0) let me know!

According to the weight book you're over weight. My advice to you is to balance yourself from eating too much, if you eat a small amount and you're fat it means your metabolism works slowly so you have to exercise daily. Sorry if I insulted you.
