If she's pushing you to the brink of doing things that are getting you arrested??>>I say there's deff a problem here... Whether or not she's actually "doing" anything w/someone else is irrelevant-she obviously confused in her own right as to what she wants to do w/your relationship. For me, that sense of confusion would be enough to show me that the other person is not 100% vested into the relationship as I am.
If you really love her and want this to work, maybe just "separate" for a bit so that she has space and time to figure out what she wants. Which means for you, NO KICKING IN DOORS!!! lol.
During that time apart, you may actually realize yourself that your life doesn't totally "revolve" around her and that there is life outside of her...and then YOU'LL be the one ready to move on.
Sometimes it's best to not leave the decision on whether or not a relationship continues up to the one that's confused. You may have to be the one to do it so that whatever decision is made will be in your best interest.

It doesn't seem like you trust her. How can a relationship work without trust? Maybe stop going through her personal business and assess the relationship. Are you two really happy together? Why is there a huge lack of trust on both ends? Before your relationship can move on, you need trust.

leave her. If you have to spy on your lover, then it's time to end the relationship. You can't trust her anymore, and it's not right to spy on her. I think that she want's out of the relationship as well. Move on with your life and find someone new to love.

You sound a bit unreasonable. try comunicating with her. Ask her what she wants, if she still wants to be with you. Figure out what you want.
