It is a combination of a lot of things. Attitude, personality, general outlook of life, the way they treat people, the way they are as a whole person. You can't (or rather, shouldn't) judge people by how they look or how much money they have, that is so shallow! for me personally, when looking for a b/friend, I look at the way they treat my kids. If they treat them like gold then I know I'm on a winner! I also look at how they treat other people too. Gives you a great insight into what they are really like.

first impressions are the most important you cant expect a girl to notice you if you don't look after yourself be well groomed etc, i don't go for money, or attitude. if i meet someone the first thing i look at is his hands, oil grease dirt big no no, build and that sort of stuff aren't important. If you just make a girl feel like a woman, by telling her her hair looks nice or you love her perfume you'll get some attention.

there is no set criteria
some girls focus on looks
some girls focus on personality
you need to get to know the girl you have eyes for and find out what type of person she is...
most girls wont focus on money....unless they are very superficial but if they are superficial it often means that they will focus on looks more than personality...the problem with people who focus on looks more than personality is that they often will be using you as an accessory. which hurts
basically you just need to realise that there is no set criteria and that certain girls have different needs in guys

well, the look is for the 1st impression, the seducing part, but once u get closer , be sure that a girl , needs a MAN , responsible ,(has a job , this is money wise, so she feels secured with him ), so what makes a girl pick a guy not another is how much she feels confortable and happy with him , surely its about personality and the way you treat her.

Money no.He has to look good to leave some nice impression, but after that I like boys that know to talk and make a good conversation with me,on certain topics.I like clever and sensitive guys!

well i prefer a great sense of humour but there has to be a spark so looks can be important too. money is not important to me but i know others were it is important is all down to the individuals.
