the girl i've been liking asked me to stay a bit after she got off of work, and i started to feel awkward...when it was time to lock up, i started heading my own way instead of walking her to her car, which was what i think she wanted me to do...DAM i'm an idiot...you think i looked like a jerk?

probably, but dont stress she'll get over it soon enough....and then will probably give it another go, girls dont give up as easily as you think, just next time be ready ok.....

Well, yeah. She probably thinks you don't like her and feels a little hurt. How about the next time, ask her to wait a minute, go to your car and get the "rose/flower" you bought previously, and apologize for the other night. Then ask her to go for coffee or something to eat. Hope it works. Good luck.
