Only Allah knows if he excepts a late prayer or any prayer for that matter. He excepts our deeds as He pleases. But I do know that each prayer has a time and you need to do everything in your power to pray it on time. If you don't do it on purpose Allah knows your heart and knows your intentions. Remember half the deed is the intention. So you should make the intention to pray on time and do your best to do so. And pray to Allah that He helps you and excepts your prayers.

Thank you for this question. It is always good to ask other opinions on matters of 'ibada. Gaining knowledge is always desireable.
Insha'allah your prayers always count but it is better if you do them on time. It indicates a willingness in your heart to put aside other things and spend that time connecting with Allah (swt).
Even fajr can be delayed IF you honestly sleep through it by accident.
However you should be wary of giving yourself too many "outs". It must be an honest mistake and not a habit that you get into. That constitutes knowingly delaying the prayers beyond the correct times. In that case your niya is not pure and your prayers are doubtful. You should practice tawba in that case and to better in the future.
So to summarize, you can make up your prayers any time and they count. But there is significant doubt if you make a habit of it or knowingly delay them as a habit. And God is ever forgiving and merciful.
And Allah knows best.
Peace and Blessings,
Salim

As-salaam-mu-alaikum
It is best to pray on time.
A prayer can be performed during the time of the relevant prayer.
eq. Fajr time expires at sunrise.
If the prayer has been omitted and the time has elapsed, then qadha (qaza) must be made. The missed prayer can be performed at any time, except forbidden times eg. at sunrise, midday, etc.
You may perform any and all missed prayers until the day you die. There is no time limit except death - eg. if you missed a prayer 50 years age, you may perform it today.
After death, one can even make a bequest in ones will up to 1/3 of the estate, to pay a "compensation" for missed prayers.

ALSALAM ALAIKUM.
it counts, but why pray late when u can pray at time.......
i mean if u had a very important meeting u would do your best to be on time......................
but praying is a meeting with ALLAH that u should never forget......
u wont be rewarded for your prayers the same as a person who is right on tract ...........
the quran motivates us to allways pray on time and be the best in our relashionship with ALLAH ........
use an alarm clock, tell someone to call u,do anything possible to pray in time..........
PEACE.................
so focus on the important things in life the things that will last forever your PRAYERS

First try to pray on time
if not possible then pray when ever it is possible.
u even combine two prayer together like ZUHAR AND ASAR
MUGHRAB AND ISHA
but this flexibility is for those who cant pray on time due to some valid reason.
Its only God knows whose prayer is valid. our duty is to perform and not to judge it.
perform and leave it to God

prayers are always counts , no one can judge it isnot valide xpt god, but try to have them on time , to be rewarded , besides our prophet (peace be upon him)
said in what is meant in one of his a hadiths ,that the most thing that god likes is one to have the prayers on its time.
delaying them is wrong but counts.

inshaAllah they will count... :)
i think u can pray them till the time of the other prayer starts.. except for Fajr .. whose timing ends at Sunrise:)
n even if u Qaza a prayer (that is misss ur prayer) u can repeat it when u relaize that u missed it!
