yes call him...It could be a good idea .carry on your will and do what your heart tells you.
you can wait for him to call you or message you too but if you think hes too busy to do that ,so go on and call him and show some love.It will cause you no harm unless he rejects your call.

If I was you, I would just send him a wee mesasge telling him that you are here for him, and that you are a good listener.
No pressure!!!!
Then if he doesnt contact you, cut your losses and move on, he obviously isnt ready for your relationship
