There is only one proper answer, and that is to drink less!!
However, over time your tolerance to alcohol increases, and you will find that you are able to drink more without feeling so ill.
There are other ways, but they are illegal, and involve taking drugs which counteract the effect of alcohol, which kinda defeats the object of drinking it in the first place.
Also, you may find that going for a walk before you get home will help you sleep easier without feeling so ill.
Another thing... if you eat a meal before you start drinking, it will stop the alcohol entering your bloodstream so quickly, and this may help also.

Ok hun i know your situation well. What happens is yes you have drank to much. Now this sounds kinda gross but when your feeling dizzy. Throw up. It always helps me if i am too dizzy to stand up. I do get that a lot too but i know i drink to much. Maybe you should try something lighter. Not that your a lightweight but i tend to drink Windsor, Southern Comfort, or Jaggermeister. All are strong alcohols. Sometimes you just gotta put the heavy stuff behind and just go light. Beer on the other hand gives you gut rot. That sucks if you know what i mean. Try eating a hearty meal before drinking. Even just a piece of bread or two. That way you get drunk slower and your body isnt overwhelmed.

You need carbs. If you are serious about getting healthy read a book on sports nutrition. Then do some more research on certain exercises. Make sure you get your information from reliable sources who arent trying to sell you something, it may be tricky but if you are serious it can be done. Basically it seems you know nothing about working out and eating properly. That isnt supposed to be an insult, the fact that you want to make a change is commendable and ahead of most people. But dont think you can just post every question you have on yahoo and get reliable and correct information. If you are serious do the work. Step 1 is gaining the information necessary to put yourself in a position to succeed. Step 2 is following through. good luck.

Sorry, not cure to a quick hang over but time. To help the world stop spinning when your drunk, is to lye down in your bed, and put one foot on the floor to ground yourself. Sounds too easy, but its true, it really does work (just ask an expert like myself). But there is only one way to find out. Oh yes, and keep a glass of water by your bed, it helps a little with the hangover.

It sounds bad, but I have only been that bad drunk three times. The last two, I made myself throw up until I couldn't throw up anything. Then I sipped water and nibbled on saltine cracker's and played video games for two hours. Keeping your mind occupied works for me if I get too drunk.
Vomitting is a way to make sure that I won't be hung over, but remember, forcing yourself to vomit isn't always healthy, but puking, sipping water, and nibbling on crackers while keeping my brain focused has always worked for me.

I know what you are talking about. I always have too many drinks at Frat parties or just hanging out. First off, when you get home, you need to drink a bottle of water to hydrate yourself otherwise in the morning you will have a hangover.... Thats your body saying its dehydrated. Then when you are passing out, on your bed sleep on your stomach and have one leg off the bed on the floor.
I have no idea how or why this works but it does. Its saved me many night of coming home drunk to my parents and not throwing up in front of them. Hope this helps!

At breakfast, go ahead and ingest orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water rather then juice or soda
