WARNING! Who's used http://ukphonesales.com?

This site is terrible, I ordered a phone charger 2 weeks ago and was told it would arrive in 2 days. It still hasn't arrived, they're not responding to any emails and don't pick up the phone.
Let me know if you've had any experiences with this site.
