You'll have to put the camera on a tripod or other stable object. 25 feet is too far for the flash, and with a maximum ISO of just 180, the Kodak CX7330 can't manage hand held shots without flash. Poor lighting conditions require at least ISO 400 (and sometimes even ISO 800+).
If this is something you want to do regularly, consider getting a Fuji F30 or F31. These are the best point & shoots for high ISO. Or a digital SLR - they are great for low light photography.
