I'm having a difficult time trying to understand your question: "Do women has this right to refuse having children, why if ur answer is yes or no?"
So, I'll try to answer as best I can, based on what I think you are trying to ask.
"...has this right..."
Women do not have to have children.
No one forces a woman into pregnancy.
There is no local, state or federal law in the United States that state otherwise.
And if she was forcibly impregnated, she has the right to an abortion or give the child up for adoption.
Now, maybe you are asking if a woman already has children and then decides she doesn't want them.
If so, then she still has the right to place them up for adoption - but only through the proper legal channels.
Some women have tried to illegally sell their children...and this is wrong on both a legal and moral level.
The child has every right to expect the essential basics: food, clothing, shelter...and love.
The problem with adults who have children, is that some people are not suitable to be parents.
Although it is assumed to be a God-given right to be able to have children, it is NOT their right to abuse those children.
That includes in utero or after birth.
Some pregnant women smoke, take drugs or alcohol or do not maintain a healthy diet.
That is damaging to the fetus.
Some women (and their husbands/boyfriends/sperm-donors) are abusive to the children after they are born.
Do these people have the right to even have children?
I would hope that these kind of people would be sterilized so that they could NOT have kids.
I would also advocate a licensing system which would be iswsued before anyone has kids.
Potential parents should - at the very least - have a basic knowledge of child care and the responsibility that goes along with it.
Children are not some toy that you play with for a while and then discard.

Yes, a woman OR a man has the right to refuse having children. Just because I have the equipment does NOT make it mandatory for me to be a baby machine. Just because a man has a penis doesn't make it mandatory for him to be a father. We're not living in an era where the population has to constantly be replenished due to plagues or other illnesses such as typhoid fever, and infant mortality rates are very low in this day and age. If I want something I have to look after, get up at all hours to take care of, wash, take to "doctors", I'll get a dog. They're much more loyal than children and you'll never hear "I HATE YOU!!!" from a dog.

Yes women do have the right to not want children,it is their body and their life and if they don't want children no-one should force them to have a child. I know many mothers out there who should of never had children to begin with. I personally wanted children and now I have 2 and they are the greatest little human beings in the world I wouldn't have changed a thing.

If u mean having more children then yes, she has the right to choose if she wants to have more children, but if you mean to refuse to have no children at all, then it depends on her spouse and if they agreed to do so before the relationship or marriage started, the woman has no right to refuse to deny her husband from having children, it is a mutual agreement which they both should know before getting married

Sure she has this right. If she doesn't want children she should get her tubes tied because she may risk getting pregnant and then having to abort a child. My recommendations is to start off responsible and your rights will be respected.

In most societies, a woman can choose whether or not to have children. It's called freedom of choice.

Of course women can decide not to have children, it's their life, their body. I used to be one of those women, but now I've been happily TTC with my hubby.
