Are you trying to get other people to do your school project or homework or something? A rather general sort of question though. Famous places, as in landmarks or well known cities or.... what? There could be thousands of places to answer your question.
How about the Great Wall of China, Mount Fuji in Japan or the Taj Mahal in India, Ankor Wat in Cambodia? Are those the kind of famous places you are looking for?
Surely, if you can use the internet to post this question, you can use a search engine to look up places?
