I don't know if an allergy or what have you can develop from over consumption, but some people can develop a strong dislike for a food they've consumed too much of.
There is a difference between allergy and intolerance.
First of all intolerance would be to the milk sugars called lactose. This can occur from overconsumption . Your body only produces a certain amount of the chemical needed to break down this lactose, so you can develop digestive disorders such as gas, bloating, cramping, diarhea or constipation.
Lactose free milk products are often an alternative to this issue.
Milk allergies are less common and often under diagnosed. Hives , and anaphalactic shock are much more rare but possible symtoms. My daughter has a true milk allergy discovered when she was small.
She gets nose bleeds and very sudden bladder urgency problems from dairy products. She has a tolerance level of two servings a day or less. She is 13 now, and has chosen to use soy or almond "milk" so she is able to have her dairy as cheese, yogurt, or icecream.
She learned the hard way recently when she and a friend had gone out for icecream one evening and then she and another friend chugged back a liter of chocolate milk each at lunch the next day. On the walk home from school, they cut through a park, and that's where her bladder decided to let loose. Imagine how mortified a 12 y o girl is to wet her pants in front of her friends and new boyfriend. The boyfriend rode his bike to our place and got her dad to go pick her up. This boy is still hanging around, 8 months later. And she has social ammunition to hold against the other kids so no one has repeated a word of it. Except me, but that's a mothers perogative.
She has other food allergies too. It's not uncommon for a person with one food allergy to have multiples. Gluten is her other sensitivity found in wheat flour products. Bread ,pasta, cake cookies, Pizza etc.

Grown ups and close to grown ups aren't actually set up to digest milk very well. It's hard on the system and over time can run you down without being obvious. It can increase the effect of allergies, let colds linger a little longer etc. It also increases mucus production and can cause gas and cramping in your digestive track. If you're going to drink milk, try the acidopholus milk, as acidopholus, (also found in yogurt and easily acquired in pill form) helps you digest dairy.

What can happen and what will happen are 2 different things. You can have all manner of idiosyncratic reactions including rages, rashes, acne, bowel trouble or anaphylactic reaction. You could get sick. This is probably not going to happen. If any of these start to show signs, stop drinking milk and see a doctor or allergist.

You may have diarrhoea only if you are previously allergic, or if the milk was contaminated. Both cases it wouldn't be necessary a big amount. Otherwise, you will deal on nutritional issues, where you should guide how much milk you will drink.

You can overdose on calcium, which can lead to deposits on your bones.

For years, my brother has drunk a quart of milk every day. He is over 40 and has never had a cavity. That is the only thing that has happened to him.
